There are only so many words I can use to describe Helmi’s brilliance, and I’m genuinely struggling to write this testimonial because words somehow feel inadequate.

I’m a trauma therapist, trained in many modalities, and I’ve spent years immersed in understanding people, healing and transformation. And still, what Helmi does is unlike anything I have experienced before.

Her ability to see you, really see you, is extraordinary. She hears what you say, what you don’t say, and somehow sees the thread running underneath it all. She can take something that feels complex, tangled or just beyond your own reach and reflect it back to you in a way that suddenly makes everything make sense.

There is brilliance in what she knows, absolutely. But there is something beyond knowledge in the way Helmi works. It’s her intuition, her depth, the way she sees things, and of course, her sparkle.

And the sparkle is real.

There is a life before Helmi and a life after Helmi. Because once you have experienced that sparkle, once you’ve had someone see you and what is possible for you in the way that Helmi does, you can’t unknow it.

You can’t go back to seeing yourself, your work or your life in quite the same way.

I could keep searching for the right words to describe her, but perhaps that’s the point. Helmi is one of those rare people whose brilliance can’t really be captured in words.

You have to experience her sparkle.

And once you have, you can’t unknow it.

Okay, so I genuinely thought my problem was not liking my apartment. I walked into that call thinking, I just want to feel more settled where I live.

And within about ten minutes, Helmi had found the actual thing, which was this belief I didn’t even know I was carrying, that money isn’t really meant for me. I do this kind of work myself, professionally - I coach people for a living - and I still didn’t see it until she pulled it out.

She found an eleven-year-old part of me that’s been holding onto that since the year my dad died, and in under an hour, we cleared it. Properly cleared it, not just talked about it. We tested it before and after, and it just felt completely untrue afterward.

That’s the bit that gets me. It wasn’t a nice conversation that made me feel better for a day. It actually moved. I’m still slightly obsessed with how she does this.

I’ve done a lot of my own inner work. I’ve never had someone find the exact part of me holding a belief and clear it in under an hour. Live. Tested. Gone. Helmi doesn’t do therapy. She does something else entirely, and honestly, I don’t fully have the words for it yet, I just know it worked.

I met Helmi at a point in my life that I was ready to tackle my issues.

I want to share my experience with the 45-minute session I had with Helmi.
