
Healing Connection Through Trauma-Informed Coaching
Most of us spend years or even decades being stuck, cycling around the same patterns and outcomes. We may even be aware of our trauma, but unable to resolve it. I lived like this for decades, until I could no longer tolerate the frustration and isolation. After finding healing for myself and shifting from shame to joy, I now want to provide the same healing for women who need to feel safe, seen, and heard.
I offer a space where your experiences are honored and your healing begins—not by fixing you, but by helping you remember your wholeness.
You Are Not Broken, You Are Ready
Here’s the thing: you are perfect. There’s nothing wrong with you. You’re not just perfect - you’re awesome! However, you may feel broken - not because it’s true, but likely because you are living in shame. Shame hides us from ourselves and becomes a lens through which we experience ourselves and the world. It is also intolerable; therefore, we require compensatory strategies to cope with it. These tend to involve struggling with compulsive behaviours around the following:
Food
Sex
Alcohol
Shopping
Gambling
Codependency
Control and worry
Perfectionism
Procrastination and avoidance
People-pleasing
Trying to fix others
Blaming or self-blame
It’s not just you—we all have some kind of coping mechanism that addresses our unmet needs. And these are often accompanied by shame, but they shouldn’t be—they were merely what you needed to survive. The shame spiral you’re trapped in is simply a byproduct of an older wound, and it is healable! If you feel ready, then step into this space and discover your freedom.
I know this is possible because I have done it myself. After decades buried under the weight of toxic shame, I found a path to releasing the shame around my own self-identity and my compulsions. This re-understanding led to healing and a joyful, empowered, and energized existence. I can teach you how to shift into joy by recognizing & meeting your needs, and moving into a perspective of empowerment, empathy, and gratitude.

My gentle, trauma-informed approach cultivates a profound sense of safety, which is the foundation for vulnerability, connection, and ultimately, healing. Through deeply attuned one-on-one sessions and intimate, themed group classes (never more than 20 participants), I meet you exactly where you are.
Sessions may include tools like Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Mind Shifting, and other proven methods, all grounded in an enormous amount of empathy that comes from my own lived experience.
